Quicket Solutions Partners with LaSalle County, Illinois

LaSalle County, IL: Quicket Solutions, the leading provider of cloud-based law enforcement technology in Illinois, is proud to announce its partnership with LaSalle County. This collaboration will equip all law enforcement agencies in the county—serving over 100,000 residents—with Quicket’s innovative eCitation and mobile reporting solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and officer safety in traffic enforcement and other critical operations.

Greg Vaccaro, Circuit Clerk of LaSalle County, expressed his enthusiasm for the new agreement, stating: “We are excited to announce an agreement with Quicket for all law enforcement agencies in LaSalle County. This countywide program will enable all departments to serve the citizens safely and accurately in traffic situations. A grant has made it possible for the program to be paid in full for one year.”

The Quicket platform provides a seamless, integrated solution that includes mobile eCitations with direct integration into the Circuit Clerk’s case management system, electronic crash reporting, statistical reporting for IDOT, and integration with LEADS/NCIC. Several municipalities have also adopted additional Quicket features to digitize their local ordinance violation processes, including administrative hearings and online payments.

The initiative to upgrade to Quicket’s platform was led by the Circuit Clerk, Sheriff, and the Cities of Peru and Ottawa, with the goal of eliminating multiple legacy systems and streamlining workflows. The program will be made available to all law enforcement agencies across LaSalle County, ensuring a unified and efficient approach to public safety and data management. “We are excited to bring our innovative solutions to LaSalle County,” said Christiaan Burner, CEO of Quicket Solutions. “Our mission is to be the centralized hub, seamlessly connecting law enforcement with the courts, state agencies, and the public to eliminate tedious paperwork, ensure timely filings, and reduce administrative complexity.”
