Arlington, Texas – Through the partnership between TXShare and Sourcewell, Quicket Solutions is expanding procurement access for Texas public agencies to competitively solicited Sourcewell cooperative purchasing contracts.
Through this relationship, Texas cities, counties, and other eligible public entities can access Quicket Solutions’ cloud-native platform through two Sourcewell contracts covering court case management, eCitation, payments and financial management, parking enforcement, code enforcement case management, and other workflow automation solutions.
Agencies can access and utilize these contracts at no cost, while also benefiting from competitively negotiated, discounted pricing available through TXShare and Sourcewell.

Contract 060624-QKT — Case Management and Workflow Automation Software

This contract provides access to the full Quicket platform, including court case management, eFiling, administrative hearings, eSignature and form automation, payments, eCitation, code enforcement, tow and impound management, online public portals, text and email notifications, data analytics, and other configurable workflow automation solutions.

This contract specifically supports law enforcement and other enforcement/inspection-related activities through solutions including eCitation, parking enforcement, administrative hearings, permits, code enforcement case management, payments, notifications, and analytics.
Streamlined Procurement, Expanded Access
Together, these contracts provide eligible agencies with a streamlined cooperative purchasing path for implementing Quicket technology without conducting a separate full competitive solicitation, subject to each agency’s applicable procurement requirements.
