Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to lead new business development and account expansion primarily within the courts and law enforcement verticals in the State of Texas. This individual will play a critical role in driving Quicket’s growth by engaging with municipal and county governments to identify needs and deliver tailored solutions. This is a full-time remote position with expected travel of 25–50%, primarily within the State of Texas. Compensation includes a competitive base salary, uncapped commission, and performance-based bonuses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and close new sales opportunities local government entities, with a focus on municipal and county courts, law enforcement agencies, and other local government entities.
- Own the end-to-end sales process—from lead generation and discovery to product demonstrations, RFP responses, pricing proposals, contract negotiation, and close.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with agency decision-makers, including court administrators, judges, police chiefs, IT directors, procurement, and elected officials.
- Strategically manage a multi-state sales territory, maintain an active pipeline in CRM, and consistently meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets.
- Work cross-functionally with Quicket’s implementation and product teams to align solutions with customer requirements and ensure a seamless handoff after deal closure. Must have high-level of technical competency with product features, cloud infrastructure, integrations, security, and other specifications.
- Stay informed on industry trends, procurement timelines, and competitive landscape within government technology. Attend relevant conferences, trade shows, and association meetings.
Qualifications:
- 5–10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, preferably in public sector
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a complex, multi-stakeholder sales environment
- Deep familiarity with government sales cycles, including experience with RFPs, cooperative purchasing, and contract negotiations
- Ability to convey technical solutions to both non-technical and technical stakeholders; experience selling cloud or mobile-first platforms a plus
- Strong presentation, proposal writing, and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of key workflows—such as court case management, eCitations, evidence, financials, and records systems—is strongly preferred
- Proficiency with CRM, lead generation, and other sales tools
