Quicket Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented Implementation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will help public-sector agencies successfully configure, adopt, and use Quicket’s cloud-based technology solutions.
Position Responsibilities
The Implementation Specialist is responsible for supporting new client onboarding, system configuration, workflow setup, training, and implementation planning. You will work closely with agency clients, product teams, and support staff to understand operational needs, guide setup, troubleshoot questions, and help ensure each implementation is organized, efficient, and successful.
Position Requirements
- Experience in implementation, client support, training, or a related field preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn software systems and explain technical concepts clearly
- Comfortable working with clients, internal teams, and project timelines
- Interest in supporting technology for public-sector agencies
